FYI for those interested, I'll be hosting a special contemplative Rosary on August 22 via Zoom at 545 pm EST in celebration of the Queenship of Mary. The recitation of the Rosary will include the Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful, and Glorious Mysteries along with extended excerpts from the visions of Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich and Venerable Mary of Agreda. Sorrowful Mysteries: these can be difficult to listen to as the visions are particularly graphic concerning the violence our Lord was likely exposed to. That said, they are also incredibly redemptive and worth listening as suffering and redemption were an integral part of Christ's love for us.
Glorious Mysteries: Material concerning the Crowning of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth are drawn from Venerable Mary of Agreda's visions recorded in the Mystical City of God text.
